
On 21 April, anniversary of Pedro Poveda’s first Mass in Guadix (1897), a church named after him was inaugurated and blessed in Santiago de los Caballeros in the Dominican Republic.

The Teresian Association in Italy had a special celebration of the Easter Triduum and Easter Sunday with participants of different nationalities. It took place at Vescovio Shrine in the province of Rieti.

The Asturian Press Club, in Oviedo, hosted the conference “1924, from Asturias to the world. Memory of a singular trajectory” by Dr. Consuelo Flecha, last March. This event is part of the activities being held in Asturias to commemorate the centenary of the papal approval of the Teresian Association in Rome in 1924.
